I'm Hop. These are the terms for using me during the beta, written to be understood. By using the Hop web app or bot, you accept them.
Who provides Hop
Hop is provided by Daniel Galron (Yehuda Halevi 9, Herzliya, Israel). Hop is a marketing assistant for TikTok and Instagram creators: it lives in Telegram and has a web app with the detail (the web app is in Spanish).
Contact: contactdanielgalron@gmail.com
A beta
Hop is in beta: features may change, break or go away, and I don't guarantee it is always available. Usage limits apply, for example a daily amount of AI conversation, 10 manual refreshes a day, between 2 and 10 new messages a day depending on the alert style you choose, and videos up to 20 MB through Telegram (larger ones through an upload link).
Prices and payment
The listed prices are Basic, €19 a month, and Pro, €39 a month.
Today there is no billing system: Hop cannot charge you and nobody will ask for card details. Pro is switched on by hand during the beta.
Before anything is charged, I'll tell you the price, how payment works and how to cancel, and you'll have to accept it. Nothing is charged without that acceptance; after that, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
Once billing exists, payments will go through Stripe. You can cancel whenever you like, effective at the end of the period already paid; partial periods are not refunded.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. If you ask for the paid service to start immediately, I'll ask for your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal on the terms the law sets.
Your account
You sign in with a single-use link, no password. The account is personal. The bot connects to your account from a private Telegram chat.
To use Hop you must be at least 13 (the TikTok and Instagram minimum) and also at least the age of digital consent in your country (14 in Spain). For paid plans you must be 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Your TikTok and Instagram accounts
Only add accounts that are yours or that you manage with permission. I only read public data: I never ask for your password and never post, comment or change anything on your accounts.
Hop is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram or Meta. Their terms still apply to what you publish there.
Hop Pro and Windsor
Pro works by connecting your accounts to Windsor.ai in read-only mode. Windsor's terms apply to that connection, and you disconnect it by removing access from your Windsor account. Some Pro metrics exist on TikTok only.
Promotions
When a video takes off, I suggest how to promote it based on the monthly budget you set. Hop never buys ads or spends your money: you decide whether to promote and you pay the platform directly.
My advice
My answers are generated by AI models and code from public data that may arrive late or incomplete. They can be wrong. I don't guarantee views, followers or income: check what I suggest before you act.
If I warn you that a song may be licensed, the decision and the rights remain yours.
Your content
Your videos, messages and data remain yours. You allow me to process them only to provide the service, as the privacy policy explains. Only send me videos you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Hop for anything illegal or to harass anyone.
- Don't try to get around the limits, scrape Hop or access other people's data.
- Don't add other people's accounts without their permission.
Leaving
You can leave whenever you like: Ajustes → «Borrar mis datos» deletes your account at once. An account may be suspended if these terms are broken. If the beta ends, I'll give notice in advance whenever possible.
Liability
During the beta, Hop is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
If I change these terms in an important way, I'll say so in Telegram or the web app before they apply.
These terms are governed by Israeli law and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
